Bobbin & Bolt is a sewing and quilting shop dedicated to supporting makers of all ages and skill levels through quality products,  education,  and personalized service.  Founded in 2020,  we are an Authorized BERNINA and bernette Dealer, offering sewing,  embroidery,  serger,  and Q Series longarm machines.

Owned by Lucy Ess and Jennifer Buehrle,  Bobbin & Bolt was created from a shared passion for creativity,  combining a background in fine art,  sewing,  and quilting.  We have been recognized as a BERNINA Excellence Dealer from 2020–2025 and were nominated for BERNINA’s Rookie of the Year Award in 2022.

Our shop features a curated selection of fabrics,  patterns,  notions,  and embroidery supplies,  along with classes led by experienced instructors and visiting national educators.  With BERNINA-certified technicians on staff, we also provide expert machine service and repair.  We invite you to visit us in-store or online and be part of our creative community.
